o   Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced at no extra cost upon notification within 48 hours of delivery.

• Returns for non-damaged products are accepted on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion and product category.
• Returned products must maintain original condition, packaging, and documentation for processing.
• Refunds are processed within 15 working days for credit/debit card payments and 7 working days for other payment modes, post-acceptance of returned products.
