• Our delivery services are limited to the UAE, with Dubai exclusively for prescription-only medicines (POM), facilitated through HLM Medical Distribution LLC E-Platforms.
• We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days from the order date, although delivery dates are indicative and subject to factors beyond our control.
• Responsibility for products passes to you upon delivery, signifying ownership upon full payment and acceptance by you or an authorized person at the specified address.
• If delivery is unsuccessful due to unavailability or absence, we'll coordinate with you for alternative arrangements.
• Some orders may ship separately based on product characteristics or availability, with invoices included in all shipments.
• Orders above 500 AED enjoy free shipping, while orders below 500 AED incur an AED 20 charge, within UAE delivery except express delivery, subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for expedited deliveries.
