At HLM Medical Distribution LLC, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Here’s a detailed outline of our Returns & Refund Process:
1. Acceptable Basis for Return:
We carefully evaluate each return request based on our sole discretion to determine if it meets our acceptable criteria.
2. Refund Processing:
Once we approve the return and receive the product, we initiate the refund based on the payment method used for the order.
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are credited back to the original credit/debit card within 15 working days. Please note that any delays in the refund process due to bank procedures are beyond our control.
- Other Payment Methods: Refunds are issued via a cheque payable to the individual named on our invoice, as provided during the order placement.
3. Return Policy:
- Our standard return policy allows for returns within 3 days of receipt of the product.
