How To Use:
- Apply to Upper Lash Line
- Gently sweep the serum along the upper lash line (where your eyelashes meet your eyelid), similar to applying eyeliner.
- One thin layer is enough — no need to overapply.
- Avoid Lower Lash Line (Initially)
- Most serums, including Rumoosh, are designed for the upper lash line. If you’re sensitive or have never used a serum before, keep it to the upper lid at first.
- Let It Dry (No Rinse)
