Heliocare Ultra D Oral Capsules contain Fernblock®, extract of Polypodium leucotomos, and other natural anti-oxidants such as Vitamins C and E which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin D contributes to the absorption and normal utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, to the maintenance of bones and teeth in normal conditions and the normal functioning of the immune system.
How to Use:
Take one capsule daily before sun exposure. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily consumption or as prescribed by your doctor. During sun exposure, it is important to use adequate topical photoprotection.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Warnings:
Oral sunscreens are meant to complement topical sunscreens, but they should never replace them.
